Marc Jacob

Partner – Tel Aviv

Through various professional positions in Germany, the USA and Luxembourg.

Marc Jacob was able to gain numerous national and international professional experiences in the context of M&A and private equity. Most recently, he worked in a large German law firm in the area of M&A/transactions and was also able to build up extensive knowledge in the field of venture capital. Marc Jacob studied management and finance in Frankfurt am Main, Budapest and Los Angeles. He is leading the Israeli office of Giora Capital in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Christof Sagasser

Partner – Berlin

Christof Sagasser has over 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and investment management.

During this time he has advised founders, medium-sized and large companies on company acquisitions and sales, strategic issues and financing projects.
After training as a banker, he completed his studies at the Free University of Berlin with a degree in business administration. Most recently, he headed the M&A and strategy department of an energy supplier. He is leading the European office of Giora Capital in Berlin, Germany.
